Cairo – Mubasher: The US dollar exchange rate has risen against the Egyptian pound at some local banks on Tuesday.

The USD rate grew by EGP 0.15 to EGP 16.39 for buying and EGP 16.49 for selling at the National Bank of Greece – Egypt.

Meanwhile, the greenback went up EGP 0.02 to EGP 16.26 for purchasing and EGP 16.36 for selling at the Suez Canal Bank and Societe Arabe Internationale de Banque (SAIB).

Similarly, the USD rate rose by EGP 0.02 to EGP 16.25 for buying and EGP 16.35 for selling at Misr Iran Development Bank.

In addition, the USD rate increased by EGP 0.01, recording EGP 16.25 for buying and EGP 16.35 for selling at the United Bank.

Furthermore, the exchange rate between the two currencies stabilised at EGP 16.24 for purchasing and EGP 16.34 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Commercial International Bank (CIb), and Arab African International Bank (AAIB).
