Mubasher: The Board of Commissioners of Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved International Resorts’ request to optionally withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.

The withdrawal date is set to be by the end of business day on Thursday, 9 January 2020, International Resorts said in a filing to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.

There will be no impact on the company’s financial position, the company noted.
