Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that the register of the National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH) has been updated by distributing 5% bonus shares.

The bonus shares have been allotted to the portfolios of shareholders as of the end of trading session on Sunday, 29 September, the ADX said in a statement on Tuesday.

In September, the NCTH’s board of directors approved distributing five bonus shares for every 100 shares held, which will raise the company’s capital to AED 785.86 million.

It is noteworthy that during the first half of 2019, the ADX-listed firm reported a net profit of AED 55.52 million, compared to AED 49.88 million in H1-18.
