Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) went down 107 points, or 1.33%, to 7,921.15 points in a week.
A group of 11 sectors declined, as the media sector dropped 5.56%, while the banking sector decreased by 2.3%. The materials and telecom sectors levelled down by 2.1% each.
Moreover, 10 sectors grew, led by the energy sector which surged 7.8% and the software sector added 5.1%.
Trading volume reached 571.67 million shares, while liquidity amounted to SAR 14.9 billion ($3.98 billion).
Market capitalisation shrank by SAR 29.4 billion to SAR 1.867 trillion over the week, compared to the week before.
The Parallel Market index, NOMU, rose by 100 points, or 2.59%, to reach 3,971.19 points.
