Dubai – Mubasher: Shuaa Capital, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), announced that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Jassim Alseddiqi as chief executive officer (CEO).

Moreover, the board has called for the company’s assembly general meeting and opened the door for candidacy to elect two board members for the period ending March 2021 subject to regulatory approvals, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company also revealed the appointment of Mustafa Kheriba as deputy chief executive officer, head of asset management and investment solutions.

Additionally, the company has appointed Behara Raad as chief operating officer, Joachim Mueller as chief financial officer, Bachir Al Nawar as chief legal officer.

Furthermore, the DFM-listed firm appointed Olivier Brochard as head of internal audit, Fawad Tariq Khan as head of investment banking, Ajit Joshi as head of public and private markets, and Natasha Hannoun as head of investment solutions.

On 12 September, Shuaa Capital said that its board of directors had approved to change the company’s name to Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG).
