Whereas, SAMA's No Objection has been received on 08.10.2019 corresponding to 09.02.1441 H, Riyad Bank announces the following Elected Board's approvals:
1- To appoint Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa as Board Chairman.
2- To appoint Eng. Mutaz Kusai AlAzzawi as Vice Chairman. |
