Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad Bank announced the appointment of Abdullah Mohammed Al Issa as the chairman and Mutaz Kusai Al Azzawi as the deputy chairman of the bank for the next round.

The board’s decision was subject to the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) whose consent was received on 8 October 2019, according to a statement on Tuesday.

Earlier in September, the bank’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) elected the new board members for a new term of three years commencing 31 October 2019 until 30 October 2022.
