Mubasher: Renault’s board of directors on Friday voted to end the mandate of Thierry Bolloré as CEO and president of the company, according to the French carmaker’s press release.

The board of directors also decided to name Clotilde Delbos as interim CEO “with immediate effect.”

“The board of directors gave a favourable opinion on the appointment of Olivier Murguet and Jose Vincente de los Mozos as deputy managing directors to assist Mrs Clotilde Delbos in her duties,” the company said.

Renault, along with its Japanese alliance partner Nissan, is still reeling from last year’s arrest of auto titan Carlos Ghosn, its former boss, who allegedly committed financial misconduct.
