Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of the Middle and West Delta Flour Mills approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 13 per share for the fiscal year ended 30 June.

The company’s shareholders agreed to distribute a total amount of EGP 97.5 million as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018/2019, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday. 

It is noteworthy that the company’s net profit fell to EGP 194.79 million in the last fiscal year, compared to EGP 290.77 million in FY17/18.
