Mubasher: The All-Share Market of Boursa Kuwait levelled up by 0.41% in Tuesday’s trading session, closing at 5,774.06 points after earning 23.36 points. Similarly, the Premier and Main indices edged up by 0.4% and 0.43%, respectively.
The bourse’s liquidity reached KWD 28.93 million, 27.2% higher than KWD 22.75 million in the previous session.
The trading volume increased by 29.1% to 216.34 million shares from 167.75 million.
Sector-wise, the oil and gas topped eight sectors with 4.65%, whereas the technology headed four fallers with 10%.
Shuaiba Industrial came on top of the gainers with 17.86%, while Kuwait Insurance headed the decliners with 14%.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) registered the highest liquidity of KWD 4 million, the stock was up 0.43%, while Aayan Leasing and Investment led the trading activity through the exchange of 43.47 million, the stock gained 1.56%.
The market maintained its increasing momentum, backed by the announcement of the positive financial results of companies and banks for the third quarter of 2019, deputy head of the research unit at KAMCO Raed Diab told Mubasher.
