Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Alian Industry, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Italy’s modern construction technology company Emmedue.

The agreement will include the transfer of the technology of the production of concrete panels three-dimensional through the purchase the machinery and equipment for the process of manufacturing and operation, according to a bourse statement released on Wednesday.

It will also comprise “transfer of expertise and the processing and training of employees and employees of the company on the mechanism of manufacturing and construction and the rehabilitation of contractors wishing to use this technique [for] an amount of EUR 3.325 million (SAR 14.255 million)”, the statement added.

The agreement has no related parties, Al Kathiri Holding stated, adding that the financial impact of the deal will be disclosed later.
