Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched the ninth digital self-banking station 'KFH-GO' at KFH auto showroom in Shuwaikh, in the presence of the governor of the Capital Governorate, Sheikh Talal Al Sabah, and KFH’s CEO, Mazin Al Nahedh.

Five new sophisticated services were introduced by KFH in the new e-branch for the first time in Kuwait. The new station works around the clock and provides a large number of technical devices and self-service instruments, according to a recent press release.

The new automated branch allows customers to open accounts, buy and sell gold, Civil ID Cardless deposit, instant cheque book printing, gold bullion purchase (10 grams), and Nuwwair deposit opening.

Moreover, clients will enjoy a wide range of services such as cash withdrawals without a card through the mobile phone using the "QR code", IDs or phone number, updating data and phone numbers, activating bank cards, opening deposits and accounts and a host of banking and financing services,” the press release said.

Al Nahedh stated that KFH-GO includes advanced XTMs, ATMs, and deposit machine (Bulk Deposit) that accept 280 notes in a single transition. It further allows conducting “Murabaha” financing transactions, requesting credit cards and prepaid cards.

Additionally, customers can have direct audio and video communication with the telephone service personnel through the XTM machines.

Al Nahedh further added the ninth branch is “a first step towards opening of more similar branches within an ambitious future plan developed by "KFH" under the title "KFH-Go, an easy banking experience.”

Aiming to better serve its large customer base, KFH is committed to further promoting the efficiency of the technologies used, enhancing E-Systems and expand inginteractive services, including instant debit and credit card printing.

Earlier in October, KFH launched the fourth KFH-Go in Sabah Al Ahmad City.
