Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Company (Aseer) has approved the appointment of Abdullah Saleh Abdullah Kamel as the new chairman.

Abdulaziz Mohammed Abdu Yamani was selected as the company’s vice chairman, according to the firm’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
