Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX 30 Capped Index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose at the end of Monday’s trading session by 0.45% to close at the level of 1,430.1 points.

EGX 70 Index levelled up by 0.48% to close at the level of 533 points, while EGX 100 Index inched up by 0.48% to close at the level of 1,414 points.

Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 274.9 million, while foreign and Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 274.7 million and EGP 249,900, respectively.  

The trading volume totalled EGP 636 million where 199 million shares were traded through 19,800 transactions, while the market capital added EGP 2.2 billion to close at EGP 716.5 billion.  

The Commercial International Bank (CIB) edged up by 0.9% to EGP 79.89.
