Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Monday’s trading session with positive performance, pushed by the growth of the banks and materials sectors.

The benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) went up by 0.83%, or 62.88 points, ending the session at 7,653.21 points.

TASI’s traded volume reached 92.04 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 2.24 billion through 98,070 transactions.

The capital goods sector topped the risers adding 2.11%, followed by the insurance and consumer services sectors with 2.05% and 1.55%, respectively.

On the negative side, the consumer durables and apparel sector headed the decliners falling 1.2%, while the REITs sector inched down by 0.03%

Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, levelled up by 2.41%, or 104.62 points, finishing the session at 4,448.42 points.
