UAE – Mubasher: Masdar Clean Energy has signed a power purchase agreement and government support agreement with Uzbekistan to design, finance, build, and operate the first public-private partnership solar power plant in the country.

Under the agreements, Masdar will design, finance, build, and operate the plant located in the Navoi region for 25 years, according to a company statement released on Friday.
