Saudi Industrial Exports Company (Saderat) is pleased to announce to its shareholders the decisions of the Board of Directors No. (9) and (10) issued on 27-10-2019, approving the following:

- Establishment of a branch in the Free Zone of the Republic of Sudan.

- Establishment of a branch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In order to serve the company's customers in the African and Asian markets and also provide shipping, storage and distribution services, provide both inputs for agricultural and industrial production, where African and Asian markets are among the target markets in the company's strategy to expand the company's client base.

Note that there are no related parties, and any financial impact or other developments in this regard will be announced later.
