Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has launched Mirage, a new development in the Dubai Studio City, according to a press release on Monday.  

With a built-up area (BUA) of 38,163 square meters (m2), the development features 444 units, with 253 studios, 155 one-bedroom and 366 two-bedroom apartments.

The new project is built to showcase the buttresses of both early European and postmodern architectures.

Mirage offers various amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, a large swimming pool, a retail area, and an outdoor park, in a response to the rising demand for housing that reflects the aspirations of young millennials.
