Mubasher: Privatization Holding has sold all of its shares in an investment fund in consideration of KWD 2.95 million.

The stake was sold to Ikarus Petroleum Industries which is related to National Industries Group, according to a bourse statement.

The impact of the deal will be a loss of KWD 204,630, Privatization said.

It is worth noting that the Boursa Kuwait-listed company’s loss slashed to KWD 195,400 in the first nine months of 2019, from KWD 3.04 million a year earlier.
