Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment announced that Jadwa Industrial Waste Management Opportunities Fund has sold its stake in the Global Environmental Management Services (GEMS) for SAR 1.7 billion.

This is the third exit by Jadwa from a private sector entity, according to a company statement.

The fund acquired GEMS back in 2014, however, the investment company is currently considering other investment opportunities.
