Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) reported a profit attributed to shareholders worth AED 1.260 million over the third quarter ended 30 September 2019, up from AED 1.180 million in the same period of the previous year.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased to 0.006 fils in Q3-19 from 0.005 fils in Q3-18, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

Over the period from January to September 2019, the insurance firm’s profit attributed to shareholders recorded AED 8.720 million when compared to AED 7.924 million a year ago, with EPS totalling 0.057 fils in the 2019 period from 0.037 fils.   

As for the first half of 2019, the net profits amounted to AED 7.5 million from AED 7 million in H1-18.
