Mubasher: Oil futures grew at Friday’s settlement, adding 0.8% for the week. 

December Nymex WTI rose $0.94, or 1.7%, to close at $57.71 per barrel.

OPEC on Thursday said that oil markets would see a smaller surplus next year, but it still expected demand for its output to drop, as its rivals boost their production.
