DFM ends Sunday in green
Emirates NBD rose by 4.70%

Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) levelled up by 0.14% or 3.90 points by the end of Sunday’s trading session, closing at the level of 2,705.38 points, supported by a positive performance by blue-chip stocks.

The bourse’s turnover reached AED 207.22 million after 176.29 million shares were traded through 2,225 transactions, while the market cap value shrank by AED 1.2 billion at AED 368.63 billion.

The banks' sector solely advanced with 1.91%, while the consumer staples sector index sank 4.03%.

Emirates NBD rose by 4.70%, while Al Salam Group Holding went down by 9.87%.

Al Salam Bank – Bahrain led the trading activity through the exchange of 57.72 million shares, registering AED 52.44 million worth of liquidity.

The stocks of Arabtec Holding and Dubai Investments fell by 9.60% and 2.33%, respectively.
