Saudi Arabia closes November Sukuk issuance

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia has closed the November 2019 issuance, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program, according to a statement by the Debt Management Office (DMO) of the Saudi Ministry of Finance.

The Sukuk issuances size was set at SAR 1.415 billion, divided into three tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.285 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.415 billion and matures in 2025.

The second tranche has a size of SAR 50 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.678 billion and matures in 2028, while the third tranche has a size of SAR 80 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 11.091 billion and matures in 2031.
