Cairo – Mubasher: Emaar Misr for Development has made the EGP 1 billion first payment for plots of Cairo Gate and Sheikh Zayed projects.

Situated on 120.9 feddan, Cairo Gate project is expected to receive EGP 11.5 billion investments, the company said in a bourse statement released on Thursday.

Sheikh Zayed integrated urban project spans 500 feddan and is underway with EGP 37.8 billion investments.

Since the start of its operations in Egypt, Emaar Misr developed 6 million square metres with total investments of EGP 35 billion.
