Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) declined by 16.14 points, or 0.32%, to 5,030.75 in a week.

Market capitalisation went down to AED 513.93 billion over the week, compared to AED 515.1 billion in the previous week.

The real estate sector shed 1.12%, the banking sector inched up 0.09%, and the telecom sector plunged 0.85%. Meanwhile, the energy sector added 2.54%.

Etisalat, Aldar Properties, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank levelled down by 2.04%, 1.35%, 1.04%, and 0.97%, respectively.

At the other end of the spectrum, Dana Gas surged 3.78%, Adnoc Distribution soared 3.42%, and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank gained 0.92%.
