Cairo – Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development has submitted an offer to purchase a 34-feddan land plot from Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development, the investor relations manager at Zahraa Maadi, Karim Abu Eish, told Mubasher.  

Zahraa Maadi is still in negotiations to obtain the land plot located in New Heliopolis in El Shorouk City, he added.

In case of obtaining the land, Zahraa Maadi will conduct a feasibility study to establish a new project according to the designated purpose of the land, he noted.

Earlier on Sunday, an informed source told Mubasher that Heliopolis Housing is in talks with several companies to sell a 34-feddan land and another 16-feddan land in New Heliopolis in El Shorouk City.
