Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) announced on Monday the distribution of SAR 81.25 million interim cash dividends to shareholders for the six-month period ended 30 September 2019.

Dividends per share amount to SAR 2.5, 25% of the share’s par value, with the total number of shares standing at 32.5 million, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders who own shares on closing on Wednesday 04 December 2019 and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
