Mubasher: The leading economy airline in Kuwait Jazeera Airways announced a new flight service to Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

Starting on 19 December this year, the flights will head to the capital of the Eastern Province three times a week; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, Jazeera Airways said in a press release on Wednesday.

Jazeera Airways CEO, Rohit Ramachandran, said: “We are very glad to be connecting our customers to the sixth largest city of Saudi Arabia with direct and connecting flights at value fares.”

Being Jazeera Airways’ fifth destination in Saudi Arabia, the new services include flights that will depart from Kuwait to Dammam at 12:35 pm local time on the three days, and take off on return from Dammam at 14:25 local time as in the Kuwait-Dammam Flights Schedule below:

Expanding Jazira Airways Connections:

More than 10.4 million passengers have crossed through Dammam’s King Fahd International Airport in 2018.

Meanwhile, this new service for Dammam follows the Kuwaiti airline’s flights to Riyadh, Jeddah, Medinah, and Taif. Moreover, Jazeera Airways will provide Dammam residents with flight connections to Egypt’s Alexandria, Jordan’s Amman, Nepal’s Kathmandu, and India’s Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Cochin.

Such expansion in flight connections shall cater to the large expatriate segment while boost trade relations.

The CEO Ramachandran added, “With its status as the capital of the Eastern Province and a major administrative centre for the Saudi oil industry, Dammam connects our customers to the larger Easter Province where around 15% of the Kingdom’s population live.”
