Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arabian Centres Company announced the distribution of cash dividends at SAR 0.9 per share to shareholders for the six-month period ending 30 September 2019.

The dividends, at 9% of the share’s par value, stand at a total amount of SAR 427.5 million, distributed over 475 million shares.

Eligibility date has been set as 16 December 2019, while the distribution will take place on 30 December.

The eligibility of dividends will be for the shareholders at the close of trading on 16 December, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of The Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

Arabian Centres disclosed to foreign non-resident investors that the dividend paid by the Company is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer to the non-resident investor or credit to its account according to the Income Tax Law.
