Mubasher: The Securities House received an offer to sell its investment in a US real estate project, conditional on the condition that the purchaser completes its due diligence examination, the company announced on Tuesday.

Securities House will not be able to estimate any financial impact, before the purchaser’s agreement and contract signing, according to a Boursa Kuwaiti disclosure.

Securities House shall notify the bourse management with any development in such matter.
