Mubasher: UK engineering giant Rolls-Royce said that representative of its largest shareholder ValueAct Capital left its board, according to its website.
Bradley Singer, the chief operating officer of the activist investor, stepped down on 9 December, after four years of joining Rolls-Royce board as non-executive director.
“Since I joined the Board nearly four years ago, Rolls-Royce has undertaken many significant initiatives and faced challenges head-on,” Singer said.
Rolls-Royce is now put back on “on a solid path forward,” Singer added.
