Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is planning to build an integrated urban project over an area of 75 feddans in New Heliopolis City, an informed source told Mubasher.

Total investments of the project are expected to exceed EGP 4 billion, including construction costs of EGP 2.7 billion, the source, who declined to disclose his name, added.

The project, which will feature residential buildings and a shopping mall, is scheduled to be built over three phases on 30, 30, and 15 feddans, respectively. 

It is noteworthy that in the second half of 2017, Heliopolis Housing announced that it started designing Sun Ville project to comprise 622 villas over 100 feddans in the fourth district at New Heliopolis City with expected investments of EGP 2 billion and revenues of 4 billion.

The source revealed that the project will be renamed and redesigned to feature buildings instead of villas.
