Riyadh – Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Company announced a contract sign off with Rubeen Al Arabia Company, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The contract provides management, operation and maintenance services, not including rental-related services, for the Rubeen Plaza commercial complex, for SAR 500,000 annually in addition to the actual costs of the staff.

The contract duration is one year, that could be renewed.

The financial impact of the contract will appear during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019.

Rubeen Al Arabia Company is 50% owned by the Jarir Commercial Development Company, indirectly owned by some members of the board of directors of Jarir Marketing Company.
