Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO) announced the distribution of cash dividend to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.

The total amount of dividends stands at SAR 625 million, distributed over 416.7 million shares, at SAR 1 per share or 15% of the share’s par value, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The eligibility of cash dividends will be to shareholders who own the company shares on the Eligibility date and enrolled in the company's register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day of the day following the date of the General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later.

The distribution date will be announced later.
