Mubasher: Al-Manar Financing and Leasing Company said that a member of its board of directors sold around 1.55 million shares during Monday’s trading session, according to a bourse disclosure.

The sale valued each Al-Manar’s share at 53 fils, or at a collective value of KWD 82,300, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait.

It is worth noting that Al-Manar’s capital totalled KWD 30.875 million, distributed over 308.75 million shares, with a nominal value of 100 fils per share.

The largest stake of Al Manaar’s capital is owned by Aqar Real Estate Investment, which accounts for 29%, followed by the Public Institution for Social Security’s 14.5% stake.
