Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate’s ordinary general assembly approved a proposal for paying an 8% cash dividend, for the fiscal year ended 31 October 2019, according to its bourse statement.

Arkan Al Kuwait will pay 8 fils per share, or a total value of KWD 2 million, to the entitled shareholders on the due date, within one month of the announcement, the company said in a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait.

Arkan Al Kuwait’s assembly also approved the distribution of bonuses to board members totalling KWD 53,000, and saving 10% for the statutory reserve, or KWD 248,090.

The entitled shareholders are those included in the company’s share registry.

The announcement came after the approval of Shariah and governance supervision board.
