Cairo – Mubasher: Dolmen Developments is looking to build three administrative-commercial projects with total investments of more than EGP 1 billion in the New Administrative Capital.

The real estate developer has obtained three land plots in the third residential district in the new capital from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) through direct allocation, the company’s chairman Abdel Azim Khalil said in a press conference on Tuesday.

With investments of EGP 400 million, The Pearl Mall, comprising 150 units, will be established over an area of around 3,000 square metres and a sales area of 6,500 square metres.

The company will inject about EGP 30 million into the project by 2020, Khalil added, noting that a total amount of EGP 180 million has been generated in sales so far.

Located over 2,500 square metres, the second project is comprised of 120 units and will be launched by the first quarter of 2020, he revealed.

He added that the third project, located over 3,400 square metres, is set to be launched by the end of 2020.
