Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi British Bank (SABB) has appointed Lubna Sulaiman Olayan as the Board Chairwoman and Saad Abdulmohsen Al Fadly as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The bank recent ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) elected members of the Board of Directors for the next three years starting from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.

The new Board of Directors elected the new Chair and Vice-Chairman on 26 December and obtained the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) approval (No Objection).
