EGX closes Sunday's session in red
The market cap value decreased by EGP 28.6 billion on Sunday

Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), EGX30, went down by 4.4% at the end of Sunday’s trading session, closing at the level of 13,283 points.  

The two indices of EGX70 and EGX 100 declined by 4.77% and 4.79%, respectively, settling at the levels of 511 points and 1,332 points, respectively.  

The market showed a liquidity worth EGP 554.27 million after 189.7 million shares were traded through 22,180 transactions.

A total of 172 stocks were down, ten others rose, while two remained unchanged.

Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 372 million, whereas foreign and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 369.5 million and EGP 2.5 million, respectively.

The Commercial International Bank (CIB) showed a turnover of AEGP 67.7 million, the stock was down by 1.95% at EGP 80.8.

The market cap value sank by EGP 28.6 billion at EGP 678.06 billion.
