ADX ends Tuesday higher; turnover totals AED 107.8m
The market cap value soared by AED 5.32 on Monday

Abu Dhabi Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended Tuesday’s trading session in the green zone, as it levelled up by 0.98% or 49.07 points, reaching 5,056.75 points.

The market saw a turnover worth AED 107.80 million where 41.20 million shares were traded through 1,035 transactions.

Meanwhile, the market cap value soared by AED 5.32 billion to stand at AED 520.18 billion from AED 514.86 billion on Monday.

The energy group was up by 2.21%, followed by the banks and real estate groups with 1.03% and 0.93%, respectively.

Moreover, the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) topped the gainers with 12.5%.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) achieved the highest turnover of AED 29.28 million, while Al Qudra Holding was the most active stock through the exchange of 19.21 million shares.

The leading stock of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) went up by 1.56%, followed by FAB with 1.07%.
