Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell 20.51 points, or 0.4%, to reach 5,075.68 points in a week.
Market capitalisation went down by AED 1.66 billion to AED 522.19 billion over the week, compared to AED 523.85 billion in the previous week.
The energy sector shed 2.27%, the telecom sector lost 0.48%, and the real estate sector levelled down by 0.33%.
Taqa dropped 13.82%, while Dana Gas plummeted 6.36% and Aldar Properties sank 3.24%. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, and Etisalat decreased by 1.64%, 1.48%, and 0.24%, respectively.
