DFM ends Sunday up; turnover totals AED 52m
Al Salam Group Holding topped 13 gainers with 9.21% on Sunday

Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up by 0.12% or 3.23 points at Sunday’s close, settling at 2,752.49 points.

Turnover totalled AED 52.14 million where 79.34 million shares were exchanged through 1,235 transactions.

In the meantime, the market cap value increased by AED 750 million to stand at AED 374.25 billion when compared to AED 373.5 billion in the previous session.

Sector-wise, the services segment added 1.08%, while the investment and financial services as well as the banks levelled up by 0.25% and 0.2%, respectively.

Al Salam Group Holding topped 13 gainers with 9.21%, whereas Khaleeji Commercial Bank led the decliners with 9.89%.

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) showed the highest turnover of AED 10.09 million, while Union Properties led the trading activity through the exchange of 19.91 million shares.

The blue chip stock of Emirates NBD rose by 1.17%, whereas DIB was down by 0.72%.
