Mubasher: Kuwait International Airport received around 15.44 million passengers in 2019, up 4% year-on-year (YoY) compared to 14.8 million in 2018.

Arriving passengers reached around 771,500 in 2019, while the number of departing passengers amounted to nearly 773,300, according to a recent statement by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Kuwait.

Meantime, the flights operated from and to the airport increased by 3.5% YoY to about 122,350.
