Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) indices grew at the end of Tuesday’s session, with market capitalisation increased by EGP 2.4 billion to reach EGP 698.5 billion.

The benchmark EGX30 index went up by 0.42% to 13,756 points, while the EGX70 index added 0.66% to 530.04 points.

The EGX100 index rose by 0.61% to 1,377 points and the equally-weighted EGX50 index levelled up by 0.58% to 1,923.14 points.

The heavyweight Commercial International Bank (CIB) retreated 1.23% to EGP 83, after generating a turnover of EGP 365.4 million.

The EGX’s trading volume reached 209.9 million shares, while the market’s liquidity amounted to EGP 763 million.
