Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company announced the distribution of SAR 10.2 million in cash dividends to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund unitholders for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019.

The amount of profit distributed per unit stands at SAR 0.17 per unit, representing 1.7% of the unit’s initial price and the net assets value, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The eligibility of dividends will be for the 60 million units’ holders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Wednesday 22 January 2020.

Dividends will be paid within 15 business days post the eligibility date.
