Dubai – Mubasher: GFH Financial Group announced that Boursa Kuwait has reclassified the segment of GFH’s shares on it from the premier market to the main market.

The reclassification coincides with the bourse’s recent market segmentation plans that segregate listed companies between the premier market and the main market upon the criteria Boursa Kuwait has set, according to a press release on Thursday.

However, the said change will have no relation to GFH’s performance, thanks to its sound financial position, the Bahraini firm clarified.   

GFH is a Bahrain-based company listed on Bahrain Bourse (BHB), the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), and Boursa Kuwait.
