Riyadh – Mubasher: National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced that its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) has elected a new board of directors for a three-year term starting from 16 January 2020.

The board of directors has decided to appoint Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Ibraheem Al Sarhan as the new Chairman, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Hamad Al Hogail, has been appointed as Deputy Chairman.

Moreover, the board decided to form the audit, nominations and awards committees.
