Hilton plans to continue expanding in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh – Mubasher: Hilton expects to quadruple its portfolio in Saudi Arabia over the next five years to more than 50 hotels, with a total of 16,000 rooms across the Kingdom.

Hilton currently operates five brands in Saudi Arabia, namely: Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn.

It recently introduced new brands to the Saudi market, including its lifestyle brand, Canopy by Hilton, and the Embassy Suites by Hilton.

The hospitality industry giant opened two new hotels in Saudi Arabia last year, DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar and Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail.

Moreover, Hilton signed nine hotels in Saudi Arabia in 2019, led by the 500-room Hilton Garden Inn The Avenues in Riyadh and the DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate with 300 rooms.
