Mubasher: Kuwait Company for Process Plant Construction and Contracting (KCPC) has received a letter of award from the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) for a contract worth KWD 15 million related to the maintenance of Jahra Highway, the Fifth Ring Road, and Alghazali Highway.        

The deal carries a maturity period of 1,095 days, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

Moreover, the company will notify the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and Boursa Kuwait Company once the contract is signed and also of any further developments in this regard. 

The deal will not have any material impact on the company’s financial position.
